Over the past 10 years, my wife Anna and I have built a business around our shared passion of watches and have worked meticulously to set the bar higher for customer experience in the watch world. We have created a business that caters to your passion and an environment that is comfortable for all levels of collectors. Along the way, we’ve been privileged to meet thousands of people that love watches just as much as we do, and I want to thank you for your loyalty to Timeless and for sharing your passion with us.
Over the past couple of years, we have noticed a watch group that shares our values. That group is Watches of Switzerland, and if you have ever been in any of their stores around the world, I’m sure you were impressed with their knowledge of watches and the statement that their incredible stores make. The way they conduct their business has even influenced how we do business as they have truly set a new standard for the watch industry.
In order to focus on our growing family, my wife and I have decided to pass the baton to our friends at Watches of Switzerland and allow them to care for our exceptional customers from here on out. Timeless Luxury Watches has been converted to a Watches of Switzerland temporary location as they work to build out an amazing new store in the Legacy West complex not far from our current location in Plano, TX. Every single employee has transferred to Watches of Switzerland so you will continue to see the same knowledgeable and passionate people you already know. Any customers with outstanding special orders, pre-orders, or repairs has been transferred to Watches of Switzerland with the same terms and ETAs as before. This also goes for customers who are enjoying the benefits of our Timeless warranty programs, which will continue to be honored.
It has been a pleasure to work with so many incredible customers and brands over the past 10 years. We have made countless memories and lifelong friends throughout this incredible journey so please know that your presence in our lives has given us comfort and purpose.
