The Jewelers Daughter

The Jewelers Daughter My Up-cycled design was used in Daily Sundial article for CSUN’s fashion show. http://sundial.csun.edu/2011/05/csun-students-produce-night-of-fashion/

My Design was accepted into the ITAA and published in the 2011 Design Exhibition Journal and won the competiton internationally, for graduate category in Philadelphia conference 2011.

Every fashion show I’ve been in….the professional videos photos disappear forever!! — but not this time! ❤️
Fresno State actually posted an amazing video capturing the show & all the work that went into it!

They included 4 of my designs in the video too! Yay! Can anyone guess which ones they are? It was fairy themed! 🧚‍♂️ Thank you to & all of my models! 🙏

First semester of grad school in 2011!!!!

First show I did —- 2 models didn’t show—-other designers in the show told me my stuff was too dramatic and I shouldn’t be in the show—-my model almost fell—-no one took video—-

Positives were that I had just watched The Office so I was so happy to find out that was the emcee!!! ——My family came from Fresno to support——-This was for the Ladies Society of LA so it was raising money for something good——and all the ladies loved my designs—-so who cared about the mean designers! 😆 💗

Fridays off with my mom are the best! We do a lot of chores & errands that end up being fun bc we do them together! We also take ice cream breaks instead of water breaks bc it’s too it day off from work & eating healthy 💗 🍦 ❤️ 🍨 So it’s the best day ever!
