DesigNova Studio is a state-of-the-art jewelry design and manufacturing studio located in Fort Worth, Texas. We specialize in designing and manufacturing exceptional, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces and production for brands, providing a refreshing and elevated experience for designers and brands.

Role Description

We are looking for one, sorry, just one person who has hands on talent to lead jewelry manufacturing. We are looking for a non-egotistic, humble and passionate jeweler who is looking to share their knowledge and wants a chance to lead a manufacturing team while setting an example using new ideas and not the same old same old. Want a chance to shine and bring true innovation while making good money doing it. Want to be heard and given a chance to excel in the jewelry industry. This is a full-time on-site role for a Jeweler to step up into the role of Director of Manufacturing at DesigNova Studios in Fort Worth, TX. The position will be responsible for the complete manufacturing process of fine jewelry while fusing technology. Do you have what it takes to be part of the future of jewelry manufacturing? Qualifications

-Jewelry Design skills
-Innovation to Manufacturing techniques
-Experience in training others in jewelry techniques
-Attention to detail and craftsmanship
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Strong desire to try new things and innovate
-3-5+ years in a jewelry design or manufacturing role
