Saving & protecting our environment doesn’t have to be an overwhelming/unobtainable/unbearable task on an individual basis….we’re all connected to each other and to every thing in this life and there’s something each of us can do—no matter how big or small—to contribute…..whether you cut back/out the use of plastics, ride a bike instead of driving on nice days, or just give up red meat, it all makes a difference. And this documentary gives us compelling insights to cures that I hadn’t even thought of!

Every one and every thing that we have come into our lives for a time, or longer, is what we are attracting to be there. Whether it’s positive (something we see in ourselves that we like/feel good about or something we want to see in ourselves) or negative (something we see in ourselves that we do not like/feel good about or that we are running away from that we do not want to see), or things/people that we want to learn from and grow with, we draw others in, and our attention to, these things and people. We are mirrors—of The Source, our environment, each other—for better or worse. Consider this as you begin your day.

Most people only talk about the amazing parts of a spiritual awakening and the path to spiritual enlightenment….. rarely do they discuss the hell you will probably face along with the divine blessings. God please help me remain strong, resilient, and in my place with You. And plz don’t let me shed a tear when it’s my time…amen.

Even if you cannot control who you love or who you are related to, you can still choose who to keep company with. Don’t surround yourself all the time with people who are saturated with negativity—like a dryer sheet, that energy will stick to you as well. Protect your energy field with protection and grounding techniques and if need be, change up your circle and spend more time with uplifting, positive people. You deserve to have peace and balance and contentment and it’s up to you to bring that into your life. Some people have to be loved from a distance and that’s perfectly ok.

It’s going to be terribly difficult to experience the good vibes and feelings of new experiences if your heart is holding onto to the painful emotions of old experiences. You have to forgive and release that pain completely to be free to move on uninhibited by pains of the past. There’s a lot of different ways to achieve this and all can help you live with more joy and peace each day. 🎈♥️
