This morning and every morning since I created this painting 🖼️ I have looked at it.

It’s my first self portrait!

Here is why 🤔

Perched in stillness, looking back yet grounded in the present—this bird is more than a subject, it’s a reflection of me.

A self-portrait in feathers and silence. A moment of mental peace held gently between breath and branch. In nature, I find clarity… and a quiet reminder: trust yourself.

Because even if the branch beneath you gives way, you already carry everything you need to rise, to steady, to fly again.

Studio makeover in progress… and I’m already feeling the magic ✨
These are just the “before” and support photos, but I could hardly wait to share a little peek behind the scenes. The after photos are still a few weeks away, and I’m counting down the days until I can show you how it all comes together.

Creating art means so much to me, and it reminds me how important it is for all of us to have a space where we can dream, experiment, and create freely. I feel incredibly lucky to be building a little corner dedicated to that. 🎨
