A name American watch collectors still stop to examine.

The Chicago 121 is powered by a 17-jewel G.M. Wheeler-grade Elgin movement manufactured in 1911. Its remarkably clean enamel dial, original blued-steel hands, and beautifully finished movement preserve more than a century of American watchmaking.

We restored that history in Fort Collins and housed it inside a 45mm sandblasted-bronze case—one that will develop a patina as individual as its next owner.

One watch. One history. One next owner.

The Chicago 121 is available now for $4,700.

Not every Illinois tells you where it came from. This one does.

Made in Springfield. Signed for Youngstown. Rebuilt in Fort Collins.

The Springfield 178 pairs a 1917 Illinois movement with a “Mahoning Special” private-label dial and a retailer-signed movement made for Kilvans Bros. Two uncommon traces of a time when American jewelers commissioned watches for the communities they served.

Now rebuilt in a lightweight 45mm titanium case and finished with Horween Oxblood Cordovan leather, it carries that history forward as a one-of-one watch.

Available now. Meet the Springfield 178.

The Springfield 192 pairs a remarkably clean Illinois enamel dial with a 17-jewel Grade 405 movement manufactured in 1917. Bold black Arabic numerals, blued Breguet-style hands, and a recessed subsidiary seconds register create a crisp, highly legible design, while the reverse reveals a beautifully damaskeened patinated movement adjusted to three positions and temperature.

Finished in a tumbled Grade 5 titanium case with a tumbled stainless steel bezel and oxblood Cordovan strap, the Springfield 192 combines one of Illinois’ classic early-twentieth-century movement designs with a restrained modern presentation.

The Boston 077 features a stunning 1904 Waltham 17-jewel movement housed within Vortic's American-made 45mm Grade 5 titanium Boston case. Its standout gilt dial combines a richly engine-turned center with elegant deep-blue Arabic numerals, blued breguet-style hands, and a matte recessed subsidiary seconds register, creating one of the most visually striking designs of the early twentieth century.

On the reverse, Waltham's beautifully damaskeened movement showcases intricate decorative engraving, polished winding wheels, vivid ruby jewels, and the meticulous craftsmanship that established the company as one of America's most celebrated watchmakers. Finished with a lightweight sandblasted titanium case and a rich brown leather strap, the Boston 077 seamlessly blends historic artistry with modern American engineering.

The Springfield 191 features a beautifully preserved 1918 Illinois 19-jewel movement housed inside Vortic's American-made 45mm sandblasted bronze Springfield case. Its softly aged parchment dial is accented by warm gilt Arabic numerals, distinctive square spade hands, and a dotted minute track that embodies the refined styling of the early twentieth century.

On the reverse, the finely decorated movement displays Geneva striping, polished winding wheels, and the higher 19-jewel configuration prized by collectors for its enhanced durability and precision. Finished with a matching bronze bezel and crown and paired with a rich tan leather strap, the Springfield 191 brings together more than a century of American horological craftsmanship in a watch designed to continue its story for generations to come.

The Hamilton 143 pairs a beautifully preserved 1936 Hamilton Grade 917 movement with Vortic's American-made 43mm Lancaster case. Its ivory dial features applied gilt baton markers, slender gilt hands, and a subsidiary seconds register with alternating single and double markings, embracing the clean Art Deco styling that defined Hamilton's mid-1930s designs.

On the reverse, the 17-jewel movement showcases Hamilton's signature spiral-pattern winding wheel, Geneva striping, and an "Adjusted 3 Positions" designation that reflects the company's dedication to precision. Finished with a lightweight Grade 5 titanium case, sandblasted bronze bezel, and rich brown leather strap, the Hamilton 143 brings together timeless American craftsmanship with thoughtful modern engineering.

The Springfield 189 pairs a historic 1927 Illinois Grade 415 movement with Vortic's American-made 45mm Springfield case. Its beautifully textured silver and ch*****ne dial features an engraved wreath motif, raised gilt Arabic numerals, and matching gilt hands that capture the refined design language of the late 1920s.

Inside, the 17-jewel movement is finished with Geneva striping, adjusted for temperature, and represents the final year of Illinois Watch Company's independent production before its acquisition by Hamilton.

Finished with a machined stainless steel case, sandblasted bronze bezel, pre-patinated bronze crown, and handcrafted tan leather strap, the Springfield 189 preserves one of the last chapters in the story of one of America's great watchmakers.

The Lancaster 142 pairs a beautifully preserved 1949 Hamilton Grade 917 movement with Vortic's 43mm American-made Lancaster case. Its brushed ch*****ne dial, raised gilt numerals, and matching gilt hands create a timeless mid-century aesthetic, while the movement's Geneva striping, distinctive plate design, and "Adjusted 3 Positions" designation highlight Hamilton's reputation for precision craftsmanship.

Finished with a sandblasted stainless steel case, bronze bezel, and black Cordovan leather strap, the Lancaster 142 celebrates one of the last great American pocket watch movements produced before the industry transitioned fully to wristwatches.
