The Darvier Studio is closed this Thursday, April 30th, for a "Training Day." 🎬🐾

Harley and Huxley are patrolling the perimeter, while the rest of the team learns some new skills. We’re using this time to get better at what we do so your Darvier experience stays special.

There is something special about an original engagement ring, but as we grow, so does our style. Recently, a client came to us with a beautiful dilemma: they still loved their diamond, but their heart had moved from white gold to the warm, classic glow of yellow gold.

We worked with them to create a custom remake that kept the original design’s spirit while updating it in 14k yellow gold to match their new style.

What happens when you take a chain into orbit? 🚀⛓️

We love a good physics experiment, especially when it uses our favorite materials. In zero gravity, a chain acts very differently from a string. A string just hangs there, but a chain keeps its “momentum memory,” looping and leaping in ways that seem almost magical.

At the studio, we care a lot about how a chain drapes on your neck here on Earth. Seeing how it moves in space reminds us how amazing fluid geometry really is.

Today at the studio, we paused the polishing wheels and put down the loupes to join our customers watching the Artemis II launch. There’s something moving about seeing humanity head back to the Moon for the first time in over half a century.

At Darvier, we usually focus on the small details, but moments like this help us remember the bigger picture. From a hand-carved ring to a spacecraft built for space, everything begins with a vision and the skill to make it real.

We’re back to work, feeling inspired by the crew and the amazing engineering that made their journey possible.
