In addition to the color fade bracelets, I also made this anklet! It measures about 10”, and features gemstone beads of all colors- Citrine, Carnelian, Garnet, Touramline, Iolite, Amethyst, Apatite, Turquoise, Chrysoprase, Peridot, Aquamarine, Labradorite, and lots of Rainbow Moonstone. Three little charms are dangled on there, a Thai silver one, a silver spiral one that I made, and a wire-wrapped Moss Agate drop. It’s finished with a gorgeous sterling silver heart lobster clasp.

UPDATE: ALL CLAIMED It would be embarrassing for me to tell you how long these bracelets have been in the works. I love doing these color fades with beads, but it can take a while. I had a whole setup I was carting all over the place with me, with little dishes of beads arranged like a painter’s palette.

But they are finished! There is a red/orange fade with primarily Garnet and Carnelian, with a Garnet charm; an orange/yellow one with primarily Carnelian and Citrine and a Carnelian charm; a yellow/green one with mostly Citrine and Prehnite, with an Opal charm; a green/blue fade with primarily Prehnite and Apatite, with a Chrysoprase charm; a blue/purple one with mostly Apatite and Amethyst, with a Rainbow Moonstone charm; and a purple/red on that is mainly Amethyst & Garnet, with a pink Tourmaline charm.

Each one features a charm with bezel-set stone and wire-wrapped charms. They measure about 7” and are finished with sterling lobster clasps. $46~ please message me to claim ❤️

UPDATE: CLAIMED Dorothy and I recently went camping at the coast and woke up super early to see the tide pools during the negative tide. As you can imagine, it was pretty spectacular! I was hoping to see an octopus, because I keep seeing reports of them in tide pools and I am obsessed, and that, not surprisingly, did not happen. But we were not disappointed! SO MANY sea stars and anemones! So many beautiful colors! We were blown away. It was very inspiring, and I felt compelled to make this sea star necklace in honor of it.

It is cast in solid sterling silver, with a lovely Rainbow Moonstone in the center. It has a really nice weight to it. Moonstone is a stone of self-love & balance, and sea stars symbolize resilience, renewal, and protection.

The sterling chain is 18” long. $86~ please message me to claim ❤️

I guess it’s appropriate that I finished these just in time to post them on May Day! Reviving my love of loom work has been really fun and rewarding. I am delighted with these finished products and hope to make more, but they are pretty time-consuming, so I am not positive about that.

The oversized safety pins, a nod to the solidarity they were meant to represent after trump was first elected, are 3” long. The beadwork itself measures 2 1/4” x 1 1/4”.

20% of the proceeds from these pins will go to , “a women-led nonprofit change organization working to build a more just society by empowering latinas to lead”. This local organization has been working really hard to support families affected by ICE.
