Let’s talk about deceleration and the art of the landing. Utilizing the Vertimax, we’re breaking down the mechanics of the “Ski Jump to Double Jump” and “Depth Drop to Double Jump.”

Why These Drills Matter
Training your body to handle downward force is just as important as the jump itself. Here is why this progression is a game-changer:
• Eccentric Loading: These movements force your muscles to absorb force rapidly, building the “brakes” necessary to prevent injury.
• Reduced Ground Contact Time: By following a drop or a lateral jump with an immediate second jump, you’re training your nervous system to transition from absorption to power instantly.
