The 20 Under 40 is a recognition program that celebrates young professionals under the age of 40 who exemplify exceptional leadership, creativity and commitment to advancing the jewelry industry. There are two list categories to spotlight jewelry professionals—Jewelry Retailers and Jewelry Suppliers— totaling 40 recipients.

The recipients – who are all active JA members – went through a nomination process and were selected by a jewelry industry judging panel. Matt came to us several months back with a very specific idea for a stone. Once the stone was obtained, everything fell into place. The design flowed perfectly with angles of the stone and achieved his goal of simplicity, but "wow."
This GORGEOUS green sapphire sparkles with various colors within it.

Engagement happened over the weekend and it gives us all the feels!

Completely hand-fabricated 14K white gold basket to hold this beautiful 2.35ct Fancy Yellow Butterfly cut diamond. Eight prongs at each point of the butterfly for extra protection.
A client saw this stone in our store over a decade ago and hadn't stopped dreaming about it. They came back in for the off chance that we still had it. We were about to create a stock piece for the diamond, but fate had other plans! With elegance and fun all wrapped up in one, this ring was created with a story to tell.
