For the past few months, I’ve been talking with Hiba, a displaced Palestinian single mother of four. Since the war in Gaza started, she’s remained strong and steadfast for her family through this horrifically challenging time. After much difficulty, she managed to evacuate Gaza with all of her children. But now she is displaced in a foreign country with all their savings depleted, starting over from scratch. I can’t even comprehend how scary and hard that must be.
As you may remember, we raised over $3k last year for Palestine. Hiba was the one who made it possible for the money to get where it needed to go in Gaza to provide desperately needed milk and diapers. Now it’s time for us to help her.
15 local artists have donated some seriously beautiful handcrafted pieces to this raffle. With so many pieces, we’ve created six different baskets, plus bigger individual prizes to win. With so many options, we get to pull up to ten winners!
Tickets are $5 each or 5/$20.
