Hello to all, we went to our routine Boston trip last Thursday to Dana Farber and back. Took the bus as per usual. Peter received his 1.5 year post bone marrow transplant vaccinations and such. We returned back and as of yesterday discovered we have been given the gift of Covid on the bus ride home. Really??? And ughhhh. The doctor said we must keep the store closed for two weeks to keep clients safe, and of course we wholeheartedly agree.

I will accept appts to pick up or drop off this Saturday and the following (08/15). Then we will be open and look forward to serving you in person again!

For an appointment while we are closed, please text 207) 479-0408. We will revert back to the old fashioned Covid pass through the window, all sanitized and safe!

Oh, and we will have paving done shortly, and a new sign in the peak of the store! So we hope to see you when we re-open, with a nice, fresh exterior!

A few last fun things to share . . . Peter had a professional haircut a couple of months ago, thanks to Beverly and Hairbenders! It was a great outing for Peter, as it is hard for him to get around. It was a great afternoon spent with a dear, long-time friend and her stealthy pair of scissors! A FAR cry from doctors appointments he is usually tasked with attending. : )

This is pink Monarda (Bee Balm) here at the store. The bees love them, and so do we! This is all one single flower in the picture . . . it has a great crowning top to it!

Here are some of our newest Maine-mined tourmaline pieces made over the past few months.

We have over 80,000 carats of tourmaline mined at Georgetown, Maine in the 1960's! We have beautiful, finished pieces in stock and also a tremendous amount of loose tourmaline to choose from! We also carry tourmaline mined at Mt. Mica and Newry, Maine!
