What a process this jacket was...a process of love. First of all, the original sleeves were 2" too short...fixed! Fixed by removing and remaking those sleeves...then I continued with the rest of this Old Glory jacket. Below are photos documenting the whole process and the finished product. Sorry I didn't get "before" photos, I forgot because I was too excited to start this beauty! I've got enough blue organza to do 1 more jacket...if you've got a jean jacket that needs new life, message me...let's talk!

Did this jacket up today for myself for fun. Old Glory jacket with antique lace from a wedding dress I took apart. I think it came out beautiful! I have some sparkly blue organza that I'll be placing in a jacket here soon. Message me to inquire about getting one for yourself.

After an attack of "Walking Foot Revolt" and waiting for a replacement, we are back to "Jelly Roll Ruggin'"!
Just food for thought...
A medium sized rug takes me from start to finish generally 6 days to complete one. If I'm hand cutting fabric strips from a bolt add 2-3 more days., and that's why I'm quote the prices I quote. Add $30-50 to a medium size rug quote if I'm hand cutting 2.5" strips, plus the batting, plus the thread. It's materials + time = price.
