Frank André, a local Artist in Central Florida, specializes in portraits in pencil, pastels, and oil.

Mr. André has been painting for several decades. He painted a portrait of the Governor of Puerto Rico, Luis Ferré, and presented it to him at the Fortaleza in San Juan. Aside from paintings, he has also done commercial art work for NASA and Coca-Cola.

He uses his artistic talents to also design jewelry in gold, silver, and platinum.
