I've been taking some time away from the bench to move .market.mn and get ready to welcome our little boy into the world. But I've got some lovely stones stowed away and am getting anxious to get back to creating.

Here's to hoping I can pump out a new collection sooner rather than later. But in the meantime here are some pictures by the lovely and talented of the last collection.

Alright y'all, the website is LIVE! Click on the link in my bio to shop my first "collection".

I've been slowly but surely working on these pieces over the last several months and have resisted the urge to just throw them in the jewelry case at the shop as soon as I've finished with them. This will be the new norm for me as a silversmith, it gives me the ability to take my time to create a grouping of pieces that complement each other and really just be creative.

The jewelry drop is happening on Wednesday, folks! Lots of gorgeous blue turquoise coming your way. You will be able to shop this small collection of pieces online as well as in person at .market.mn.

Hi friends! I hope you've all had a lovely and safe Christmas. Thanks for being patient while I take a bit of a breather! So, have we started planning goals for next year yet? If you're wanting to start reducing your waste and recycling, I think I can help!

If you're like me, you tend to produce more recycling than garbage. But sadly, only a small fraction of our recycling actually gets recycled. According to an article by National Geographic, only about 9% of the plastic produced is actually recycled (interesting article, I've listed it in the comments).

So I've started a bottle bank at the store. If you've got bottles and jars that are in good shape (i.e. properly fitting lids and don't permanently smell like food) you're welcome to bring them in clean for someone else to use later! I'll sanitize them and they'll be available for free for anyone who has forgotten their containers or perhaps can't afford to buy one (because sustainability doesn't have to be expensive, y'all).

I encourage you to reuse as many of your own bottles as you can, and avoid buying products in plastic when possible. But perhaps by repurposing things and making thoughtful choices, we can make a small difference in our little part of the world. ♻️
