I blossomed in art at very young age – my strength is still in "all things creative". Much of my inspiration comes from the differences, color contrasts and many textures found in nature and wildlife. As I matured, my interest in different cultures, patterns and design, have enlarged my creative efforts. I've always been adventurous when it comes to “treasu

re hunting”, digging through boxes for unusual, one of a kind beads, quirky elements or unique materials and other goodies. Each and every piece I design features a wide variety of rustic stones, artisan beads, handmade items, ethnic beads and vibrant glass beads, all assembled into my original designs. Every piece, whether earrings, bracelets or necklaces, is carefully and lovingly handcrafted - a way for me to share my creative expressions. I struggle daily with Bipolar Disorder, but I don't let it define me, finding solace and peace while working on my designs, in my studio - my happy place. We were to move six more times before I was eight, finally settling in Deerfield, Illinois, I still consider Deerfield to be my hometown. I currently live, with my husband and two fur babies, in Dubuque, Iowa. I am thankful to be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife. BohoStyleMe has been featured in Stringing Bead Style and Jewelry Affair magazines ~
