This living room had us from the start. The expansive front window, original crown moulding, and front door set the tone.

The fireplace needed a reset, so we reworked it to feel true to the home’s 1920s roots using an antique surround from the 1890s. The brick hearth was salvaged from the exterior during the addition and repurposed here and in the mudroom.

A before worth seeing, and a space that finally feels like it belongs.

From the custom-sized rug and the scale of the light fixture… to the wood finish on the built-ins, outlet placement, and even the trim on the pillows — every single element was thoughtfully chosen (and re-chosen 😅) to make the space feel effortless, elevated, and uniquely our client’s.

We love incorporating unexpected details into our designs, like these bespoke hand-painted riser tiles from Stone Impressions.

Made from limestone, these tiles feature a custom design we had printed on them, creating a unique touch on the staircase. The treads were custom-ordered as one solid piece of french limestone, with varying textures for added depth and character.
