As we continue getting ready for our Spellbound Art & Music Festival on October 11th we wanted to spotlight some of the local artists, musicians, and vendors who will be in attendance.

Lydia loves to create pieces of art for you to wear! Each piece is handcrafted from clay and is unique. She repurposes many household items when creating earrings, including a pasta machine to condition the clay, tiny cookie cutters, a toaster oven to bake them, and a UV nail light to cure resin!

Delirious last day 🤪 What a blast this has been! My last customer of the ISF 2025 with duck earrings 😆 We were quacking up over this!

You all are so incredible and I’m so grateful for your support and genuine conversations. I truly love talking to you all and being a small part of what makes the Iowa State Fair special and unique. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me and being just the best people.

Someone purchased my red ribbon entry from last year! They are forget-me-not flowers! This year I got a blue ribbon so maybe next year they will be available for purchase! 👀
And my last chickens went to this lovely young lady who got them with clip ons! I love that almost anyone can wear these earrings! Ears not pierced? I have clips! Metal allergy? I have plastic! Don’t like heavy earrings? These are light as air 💁🏼‍♀️

Matching mother daughter earrings. Dad decided against clip ons but joined the picture anyway 🤣 And my wonderful grandparents who volunteered in the information booth downstairs and stopped to see me on their way out.

I’m happy to announce that I will be doing my first event outside the fair! I will have a booth October 11 at the Gabriel House DSM Art and Music Festival! I’m so excited to work on some cute Halloween earrings after the fair and chat with you all again ❤️

Lovely customer who has bought earrings every year I’ve had my booth and wore hers from a past year today 💙
Second picture is Sandy Gookin who used to have a booth in the spot I’m in now selling China painting. She’s my adopted grandma and she did live demos for China painting right next to me.
And my lovely friend Julia who helped me in my booth yesterday ❤️ So thankful for her help!
