When we asked the Burlington store manager at for her most memorable custom design, she didn’t hesitate. A client arrived with pieces that mattered - a diamond necklace inherited from her mother, her original engagement ring, handed down gold and silver. Todd listened, then made a choice that said everything; he centered the smallest stone. Not the most valuable. The most important.
