This is my latest painting depicting Central Church and Central School as taken from pictures deeds and recollections of residence of the original school building. The frame that's holding this painting is made from the original boards of the school which was Built-in approximately 1879. In 1882 the church was built. The lot is located on Garland Road, at that time the road was called Garey's Mill Road.
This has been an honor to be part of preserving a small part of Caroline County history.

Started a new one over the holidays. Walking thru the leaves to get a view of the painted turtles sunning in the pond, carefully and slowly moving as to not to disturb them.
