Some jewelry carries more than diamonds. It carries generations. 💜

Jessica brought us her great-grandmother’s engagement ring hoping to preserve as much of the original piece as possible—and find a way to wear it for her own wedding.

Rather than completely redesigning the ring, we were able to preserve the original top, including its diamonds and setting, and transform it into a pendant. The goal was to give this treasured piece a new purpose without losing the history that made it so special.

And then came our favorite part: Jessica wore it on her wedding day. ✨

As she so beautifully put it, wearing the pendant felt like “carrying a piece of my family’s history with me.”

Same diamonds. Same memories. A new chapter—and another generation added to its story.

Thank you, Jessica, for trusting us with something so precious. It was truly an honor to help make your great-grandmother’s ring part of your own special day.

Customer Appreciation Day is really pretty simple: it’s our chance to say THANK YOU. 💜

You choose to shop local. You trust us with engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, celebrations, repairs, heirlooms and all of those “just because” moments throughout the year. And we never take that for granted.

So on Friday, September 25th, lunch is on us! 🎉

Smother It Food Truck will be here from 11 AM–2 PM, and we’re treating our customers to lunch as a small thank-you for supporting Stambaugh Jewelers throughout the year.

Stambaugh Couple | Eli & Natalie

She thought she was meeting up for roommate pictures. She had no idea she was about to get a very different kind of surprise. 💍

Natalie's roommates — Eli's sisters — planned a photo session in a field and even told her what to wear. As the photographer was taking pictures of the girls, she asked Natalie to turn to the left… and there was Eli.

And where better to propose than a field? Eli is a farmer, so the land — and the tractors — are a big part of their life together. It was the perfect setting for a moment Natalie never saw coming.

For her ring, Eli worked with Emilee to create something completely his own: a custom 14kt white gold engagement ring by Romance, combining the details he loved from two different rings into one beautiful design, finished with a stunning round diamond center.

From the unexpected surprise to a ring designed just for her, this one feels very Eli & Natalie.

Today we're giving a little extra credit to the people who know that sometimes the smallest pieces require the most precision.

Our in-house watch technician, Mark, has the patience, technical skill and steady hands to keep your timepieces ticking. And around here, he has some pretty serious competition — Scott has been working with watches for years and shares that same appreciation for the mechanics behind them.

From batteries and bands to the intricate work that happens beneath the dial, we're proud to have that expertise right here at Stambaugh.

Sometimes the best rings start with a sketch — even one drawn on Snapchat. 😉

Tessa had a vision for a vintage-inspired engagement ring, and Caleb brought that vision to Emilee. Together, they customized the design through Romance to create a ring that felt distinctly Tessa.

Then came the proposal… in Boston. ❤️

From a quick sketch on a phone to a one-of-a-kind ring and a very special “yes,” we loved being part of Caleb and Tessa’s story.
