After 6 amazing years, it’s time for a little shift here at Desert Roots. 🤍

What started as a dream to create a boutique has grown into something so much more because of all of you. The community that has formed around Desert Roots has meant more to me than I could ever fully put into words. Every order, every kind message, every person who chose to shop small with me has helped make the last six years incredibly special, and I’m so grateful.

This past year also brought a new and beautiful chapter in my life — becoming a mom. Motherhood has shifted my perspective in the best way, and it’s led me to reevaluate how I want to run my business in this season of life.

Because of that, I’ve made the decision to close out our boutique clothing and apparel and transition Desert Roots into something a little simpler and more manageable right now. Moving forward, I’ll be focusing more on our candles and jewelry on a smaller scale.

The good news is you’ll still be able to find Desert Roots candles locally at Greenhaus Coffee and Val’s Bakery, and I’m hoping to have our online store reopened soon so you can continue shopping with us there as well.

Before this transition, we will be having a huge closeout sale to clear out our boutique inventory. All clothing will be $25 or less.

We’ll also be selling many of the things that made the shop what it was — including displays, furniture (rugs, couch, organizers), neutral decor, wicker baskets, hundreds of wood hangers, photo props, clothing racks, clay earring tools, a Cricut with accessories, and more.

📅 Closeout sale date: APRIL 11th (more details to follow)
Sale will be held at my studio at the Davis-linden building!

This isn’t goodbye — it’s simply a new chapter for Desert Roots. I truly hope you’ll stick around and continue supporting this next phase. Your support over the years has meant the world to me, and I’m so excited to see where this next season leads.

Our sweet boy is here!! 🤍🧸 We will be closing the website down temporarily as we soak in every minute with the absolute best thing that’s ever happened to us! Be back soon 💫 until then you can shop our products in person & they have a surplus of inventory ready for anything you need!!
I’ll still be active on Instagram here & there, so stay tuned if you wanna see baby & life updates! Hehe
