Welcome to the Del Rich & Neat Stuff page! A little history of how we got here…. 2 guys named Del and Rich owned Del Rich Metals back in the day. In 1964 they decided they needed an outlet for all the items they were buying that were too nice to be scrapped. That is when Del Rich Pawn came about. Del and Rich asked their wives, Helen and Dot, if they wanted to run the pawn shop. Their wives took the pawn shop over and became owners. Del Rich was sold in 2016 to its current owners, Mike and Ann. They moved the pawn shop to its current location, 318 Brady St in downtown Davenport, IA, where it is connected to Neat Stuff. Neat stuff is a fun antique shop to explore! Walking through Neat Stuff feels like walking down memory lane! Del Rich stands as the oldest business of its kind in the area!
