I am sew excited! I am working on skirt orders and will be caught up by the first of next week on any orders that have already been placed. Some have shipped. Others will go out tomorrow -- and the sewing continues! My excitement today is because .........

I think this is magnificent and wanted to share with you! Some of us are fighting demons ... I know I am. I am speaking of "me" when I say these things: It takes discipline to get up in the mornings at a certain time. It takes discipline to settle into a routine working from home. It takes discipline to keep to a schedule that allows me to get my housework and laundry done while putting in work time. It takes discipline to keep to an exercise routine. It takes discipline to eat right and healthy -- yes, it takes discipline to say "no" to that milkshake when my husband stops for one. Discipline hurts ... and you have to suffer through it to get to the outcome you desire. I battle numerous health issues that are had on my body. There are so many things I am limited at. I fight all the time, but I still have goals. The discipline is hard. I am finding it to be a bit easier if I work on one area at a time. I've gotten some areas of my life taken care of and am working on others. Little by little, I am transitioning into the person I "want" to be while still protecting my health and peace. We have to pick and choose our battles based on what we REALLY want for our lives. Discipline is a choice -- you either give in or you give up. Don't be a quitter -- give it to God and allow Him to lift you up and support you. Tell me how you discipline yourself to change what you need to change. Do you reward yourself at a certain point?
