I have over 33 years experience in the jewelry business from working with customers on repairs to turning an inherited piece into a new family heirloom. I was taught by my father, Ralph L. who is a master jeweler and was the proprietor of several jewelry stores in Culpeper, Va. When he retired, I established J&R Jewelers on November 12, 2012. alph (my father) in dedication to the man, the icon, the legendary master jeweler of Culpeper and surrounding areas. I was taught jewelry repair using a torch, then was upgraded to a laser machine. The laser enabled us to be able to size sterling silver rings and do so many other items. We hand select all of our jewelry from our venders that we have been working with for years. We also have new and up coming vendors that we are working with to keep inventory trendy and current with today's market. We also offer custom made jewelry, turning your old jewelry into something new. We have a case dedicated to Vintage and Estate Jewelry that we sell for our customers once it is cleaned and inspected and appraised. We are a family based company, my fiancé (Chris) runs the front of the store and is learning repairs and cleaning and custom job repairs. My daughter (Amber) will make the third generation of the family business. She has just started this year, since graduating Orange County High School. She is learning all aspects of the business from running the front, installing batteries, engraving and ordering. We are proud to be serving all our customers, whom know
