This beautiful clock got a complete restoration recently! New Urgos movement, case modifications, chimes repaired, all brass cleaned, the list goes on and on. What an amazingly beautiful timepiece! It was such a pleasure to be able to redo this clock for its owners.

Wow, so many hurdles here lately. I have good news though! We recieved a pretty large shipment of parts and materials today. In fact, I just finished cataloging everything just a few minutes ago. This is great news though as we have had issues with delays between the ❄️ and 🧊 storms, the tariffs and shipping issues with parts coming into the country, and simply getting in contact with suppliers has been tough this winter. Hang in there though as we will have a large batch of 🕒 and ⌚️ coming out soon and ready to go back to their owners.

Also, if you are on our waitlist, we will be contacting you shortly. We have a long list of 50 customers waiting to get their️ 🕒 in for repair. Some customers even have multiple 🕒 needing work. The good news here is now that our shipments have started rolling in, we will be getting those out and calling the first 10 customers on the list to bring theirs in. Lets keep this momentum going. 🤞 😊

Well, it's up there and in place. It was a tight fit! The beam fit so tight, it may as well be a structural beam at this point. Now we can add in the trim. Before the trim goes up though, we will install our walls next. Then we'll trim everything out. Looking good so far! The clock shop is slowly getting there.

Father Time is a hard guy to stay up with! Where has 2025 gone?! We are quickly approaching the Holidays. We plan to take this time again this year to close our doors and allow for much needed time to catch-up with our current workloads and in addition we plan to complete renovations to our new clock shop space. This new space is aimed at cutting our waiting times by half so that we can better serve you going into 2026. So just know that if you have a clock in our shop, we are still pushing through our workloads. If you are on the waiting list, we hope to be able to speed things up starting in the new year. Hang in there and know that we greatly appreciate your support!

It's been a week full of kit clocks. These were very popular in the 70's and the 80's. Here's another one we serviced this week. This one had a Franz Hermle movement and it was in pretty great shape. It needed a good cleaning and some oil to get it back into good working order. Put a new nut on the hands and it was ready to go. I love the beeswax we use on the cases. It really lifts the wood grain and makes them shine.

Another happy customer. Serviced this kit clock the other day as it has been sitting for over 13 years non-operable. The home owner said her husband would have been so happy to see it running and looking so good if he were still around. It always makes us feel great to know we aren't just here to repair antiques, we are also bringing back fond memories or our lost loved ones. For sitting and not working for 13 years this Black Forest movement was far cleaner then expected at first glance. You can tell it was meticulously well maintained over the years. The only real issue was the build up of "rock-hard" crusty oil and debris inside the plates and around the pivots, but we got it cleaned up and running!

Rebecca Ann Sheldon is pushing her way through all these clock jobs that have consumed Clockwise these last few months. The demand for clock and watch repair is through the roof and I'm happy to see her business taking off so quickly. In a few weeks she will have all of the backlog caught up and work will begin on the clock shop so that she can better provide top quality services and in a quicker time frame too. For those of you on the waiting list, hang in there. I believe she will be calling you sooner then later. Rebecca is a work horse even while juggling the care of our 3 kids and myself and the farm life we dabbled in when we relocated here.
