Last week was AmeriCorps Member Appreciation week. We are a little late, but not any less appreciative for our AmeriCorps Member, Alex.

Alex started his term in RecoveryCorps this past January and has already been making an impact. He has been coaching about a half dozen individuals regularly and doing some group coaching, as well.

Alex is currently preparing to teach a class called "Kicking the Habits", addressing alcohol, drugs, smoking, caffeine and even sugar! He will share nutritional support, supplementation, detox, and other ways to support these lifestyle changes.

Alex knows his stuff! He worked in a nutritional store for over 5 years and is a Certified Detox Specialist. His nutritional protocols help make breaking the habits and restoring the body back in balance a lot easier.

His first class will be April 28th at Eden Restored Health Market in Wausaukee at 2pm. If you or a loved one of yours is challenged with an addiction they are trying to break, this class will be so supportive and provide HOPE!
