What is Kyanite?? Kyanite is a beautiful blue silicate mineral that forms in elongated bladed crystals. It typically is blue, but can be green, gray, or black. It forms in beautiful interesting crystal clusters. The name comes from the Greek word kyanos, meaning blue. It is found in Brazil, South Africa, Burma, Kenya, and the United States.

It is believed to promote calm and clear communication, and align chakras.

The specimen shown has garnet crystals on it. We have some very nice specimens of Kyanite.
