My friend and I came in because I needed help getting a chain fixed, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with such kindness and care. The woman who helped us was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and had such a great attitude. She took the time to help us and made the whole experience feel so easy and comfortable. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about their customers, and that was definitely the case here. The customer service was amazing, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I left feeling so happy with my experience.
