A new take on our Basic Pink Set.

July was a challenging month for us personally, and taking on another fully curated set was something we had to think twice about. As we always remind our team, don’t take on more than you can chew.

But sometimes, a client’s trust makes you want to find a way.

Our bride really wanted Perfect Details to create this essential set for her, even if it meant making a few adjustments along the way so we could work within the timeline and still deliver something she would love.

And while this configuration may look familiar, we always want each set to feel like it belongs to the couple it was created for. So we added a few thoughtful touches, painted some of the florals, and gave this familiar favorite a new personality…one that is uniquely theirs.

Creating this muted red vintage set was quite the adventure.

Our bride had a very particular tray in mind, and we were so excited when we finally found one that looked like her inspiration photo. When it arrived, it was, in fact, the exact match she had envisioned.

But there was one little problem. It just didn’t feel quite right for its intended purpose. And because we always want to make sure we have options, we had a second tray ready before we reached out to Ms. K.

She loved the second option, too, but we both felt the same thing: it was a little too shiny for the vintage character we were going for. So, a little Perfect Details magic was in order.

With a few strokes of 1000-grit sandpaper, a microfiber cloth, and just the right touch of Rub ’n Buff, we transformed the trays into pieces that felt perfectly at home with the rest of the set. And our Bride loved them!

This is what we love most about what we do. It’s not simply about finding beautiful pieces. It’s about listening to your vision, paying attention to the little details, and finding ways to turn what you imagined into something you can actually hold in your hands.

I never planned on having personalized ribbons for my own wedding.

The closest I got was ironing gold vinyl names onto the ribbons wrapped around my entourage gift boxes. To me then, printed ribbons felt like an unnecessary expense.

Until one client changed my mind.

Personalized ribbon printing was actually our very first dream before Perfect Details became known for curating wedding essentials. Life took us on a different path, but the dream never really left. So finally pulling our ribbon printer out of storage felt like coming full circle.

Now I understand what our clients have always known.

There’s something so satisfying about tying a bow with your names on it. It’s a small detail, but it makes everything feel uniquely yours.

Because weddings only happen once, and sometimes it’s the little details that become the most memorable.

Inspired by the timeless elegance of a Filipiniana wedding, we transformed a simple paperback Catholic Bible into a handcrafted hardbound keepsake, wrapped in canvas fabric and personalized with gold vinyl lettering.
