Jewelry making began as art therapy for me. As someone who lives with PTSD and is neurodivergent, creating has become a healthy outlet, a grounding tool, and a way to express myself. I speak openly about mental health because I believe conversations reduce stigma, replace shame with understanding, and help others feel less alone.
Around 90% of my jewelry is made with gemstone beads, chosen for their beauty, variety, and unique character. Many of my designs are created with stimming, fidgeting, and sensory comfort in mind. I pay attention to textures, movement, and tactile elements that may appeal to people on the spectrum, those with anxiety, or anyone who simply enjoys jewelry that feels as good as it looks.
