I have since become a design manufacturer of fine jewelry. It has been an exciting journey so far and I couldn’t be more excited about what the future holds. Almost 30 years ago, I entered the jewelry industry as an independent salesman for a direct importer of fine diamond and gold jewelry from Italy. I then branched out and began manufacturing my own line, J Vincent. From the beginning, jewelry

design was a natural fit for me and allowed me to travel the world exhibiting in the International Jewelry Circuit. I moved to Colts Neck because of my love for the Jersey Shore and how breathtaking every season is in each little town that makes up Monmouth County. I count my blessings being able to call such a beautiful place home. After many years on the wholesale side of the industry, I was inspired to open my own boutique in the state I love, doing what I love most…designing and manufacturing fine artful jewelry pieces, made proudly, right here in the USA!

Vincent Farrugia class of 2029 freshman at St. John Vianney decides to raise awareness of how everyone should have access to healthy foods by collecting healthy foods for the entire month of February in honor of heart month to benefit the food pantry at lunch break.

His goal is to collect 1000 pounds of heart healthy foods that are low salt, low fat, high fiber, low sugar and non-perishable as well as collect monetary donations from local businesses to support healthy alternative options for those that depend on lunch breaks food pantry, who may suffer from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure who may not have access to these important dietary measures
