Hey all.. as many of you know i love competition and just plain spinning fun. here in Colorado Springs i have decided to introduce as many as possible to spinning yarn and working with Wooly Works here in the springs plus two local markets to teach hand spinning etc.
Anyways, if you don't know starting July 7th running to end of july is the Tour de France bike race.
Well, fiber artists and hand spinners around the world also engage in this event by hand spinning called Tour De Fleece!!
A friendly fun competition from beginner to advanced... if you have a local fiber shop and would like to try this out see if they are participating in Tour de Fleece!
Or if not tag me in this post and i and some others here will hook you up. lol yes we will.
