A quiet Saturday morning means I get to work on a blanket for a dear friend.

Cool God story incoming! About a week or so ago I got the itch to go through my stash of yarn and find a new project. God told me to use this yarn and make a blanket from it. I argued with Him. "God, I don't need a blanket." He immediately responded in a firm tone, "Make a blanket." My response, "Ok, I'm making a blanket." Then yesterday, I found out why God has me making it. I got to go to breakfast with some friends yesterday morning and while we were waiting for breakfast I started to crochet. A friend asked to feel the yarn and asked what I was making. After she felt the blanket she said she loves the yarn and wants one. I told her the blanket is all hers! Turns out she has been wanting a blanket to keep at work at her desk. I love how God works!! God knows what we need before we know it and makes a plan 💗
