Claude Locals- I have a *small* supply of fire cider honey & powder! You can use these in food, drinks, smoothies - whatever. This is not something I can make regularly, so it’s only while supplies last! I also have 8oz fire cider bottles in stock. Big ones are sold out, but should be stocked for the Roper Romp Thursday! 🤩🙌🏼

Come do some pottery with us! The adult class will start this coming Saturday and run for 4 weeks! 🤩🙌🏼 Working with your hands and creating is such a soul changing experience that helps relax your nervous system and body!

I promise you *CAN* do it! ❤️❤️

The lack of rain has stunted the pasture plants this year, but we did see a few echinacea blooms today. Hoping the rain forecast this week holds on and brings it all to the surface! I did find a bunch of horehound (Marrubium vulgare) and wild lettuce (Lactuca canadensis) today, though!

Garden sneak peek 😍🙌🏼
Catnip (Nepeta cataria) — yep. That catnip! While most everyone knows what this velvety smooth plant does to cats, most people don’t know how beneficial it is to humans!

(Not to be confused with cat mint!)

Catnip is a gentle nervine that can help relieve nervous tension in the body and can help with insomnia. It can help soothe stomach cramps, aid digestion, and relieve bloating and gas. My favorite way to use catnip lies in its diaphoretic properties. It promotes sweating which can aid in fever control and alleviates respiratory congestion. It also has mild pain relief properties and can also help with a variety of skin issues. It is a great one to have in your medicinal garden as it can help in many ways. It also is *super* easy to grow and the growth explodes every time you harvest it!

I’m baaaaack! The back room at the shop is a *mess* from all the treasures I brought home from the pottery store. 😆🙈 I will be working this week to clean up and rearrange. Walk-in painting and classes will be available next week!
