Saturday August 29th: Mac Design Jewelry at the Brewing Projekt!

Katie is a metalsmith and educator. Her jewelry combines forged sheet and wire
with precious metal clay and metalsmith techniques along with semi-precious stones. Katie’s work is distinguished by elegant design, resonant color, and attention to detail. She is intrigued with metal, molded and forged, with semi-precious stones added for sparkle and dimension. Her designs are nature-inspired & handmade with fine silver, precious metal clay, 22 karat gold, sterling silver, copper, and bronze metals. These metals are transformed into necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, belts, and accessories. From delicate hummingbirds and blooming florals to dragons, koi fish, or even a gem-lit angler fish, Katie infuses every piece with story and charm. Whether you’re drawn to myth or minimalism, you’ll find something unforgettable here.

🌷 Mac Design Jewelry creates fine jewelry using fine silver and 14K gold filled metal. She purchases silver from the mint and rolls it out by hand in her mill. Each piece is then polished and hand painted with color. Every piece is carefully crafted from start to finish.
