I started this page so that I could help moms who don't have access to a sewing machine, or the time to make a nursing necklace or teething toy. I promoted and made necklaces to help raise money for a couple who has struggled with infertility and the expenses involved with it until they reached their goal and as of 4/2015 they are able to adopt embryos and will be in the process of implantation so
on! It is a struggle to say the least, coming to terms with this realization and her and her husband have decided to use what is called the snow flake baby method. Well, when couples go through IVF, doctors form embryos from their extracted eggs and s***m and then they freeze these embryos until the couple is ready to use them. When a couple is all finished having children they have the choice to destroy or donate the embryos. Emily and Brandon can select a couple who have chosen to donate their embryos and one (or several) will then be placed in Emily's uterus. She can carry, deliver, breast feed and ultimately adopt this baby and should they choose, she can have more of siblings from the same couple so all her children would be related. Its amazing and wonderful and I am so excited for her to begin! Nursing necklaces was able to donate $1,100.00 towards her goal because of amazing moms like you! I will keep everyone up to date on her progress towards becoming a mother.
