This weekend marks the 7 year anniversary of my jewelry brand. I started designing jewelry long before it became a business, around the time I became a mom for the first time and when my “first life” career was fully established. At the time, I had already become a member of one of the “real 1% club”- the tiny club of Latinas who obtained a doctorate degree (mine in psychology). I had started my private practice, had my family and friends but wanted more.

I wanted a space to be creative and do more but in something so different than what I had been trained for. I thought, “I have an idea…” and “What is stopping me?” The answer: no one. So, I started my “second life” career- the one in which you likely met me.

I started coco + peach jewelry because I wanted to make well crafted but affordable jewelry for all people. I wanted to make luxury attainable yet meant to be worn everyday. I made jewelry that gave people confidence.

What I ended up doing was designing jewelry that was worn to mark milestones and celebrations, creating memories and feelings. My jewelry added to inspired fashion runways, were part of dreamy photo shoots, made looks in editorials pop. With my jewelry, I could make magic. Because that’s what happens when you make meaningful connections: you make magic. I could make pieces that could be shared, pieces that accented an outfit, pieces that made people feel good and what they reached for first in their jewelry box. That’s magic. 🪄

Thank you for my loyal customers for loving my brand, to my family and friends for supporting me in the good times and when I wanted to quit this business, to my fashion community for collaborating with me, to all of you who have followed my second life journey. 💛 Nicole heart forever jewelry bracelet: one of the first bracelets I linked onto myself. I figured why not do the hardest thing first as I learned how to weld. Anyhow, she’s named after one of my dearest friends who is a total sweetheart

⭐️Holly paperclip forever jewelry bracelet: a classic piece that looks great alone or stacked. And, you guessed it, she’s named after my amazing SIL, Holly. I name all my pieces after the people I love the most and inspire me.

And although I’ve been told I dress like I’m attending a daily funeral (thanks Coco and Peach), I actually love pink so I’ll wear a splash of that every day 💗 🌈
