She has to bargain and fight for the best diamond prices. Roy Duran, graduate jeweler and master craftsman, of Duran Designs, can custom design jewelry unique to your specific needs. Vera Tumbarello is a Graduate Gemologist who appraises and provides quality control for the jewelry that is made here.
