Alphabet (GOOGL) upsized its equity raise to $84.75 billion, nearly $5 billion more than its earlier target, to fund a massive buildout of its AI infrastructure.

Tom White goes through some of the details from the company’s investor presentation, including CapEx in the range of $180 billion to $190 billion for 2026 and significantly higher in 2027.
