On Mother’s Day we celebrated Mother Earth with a native plant give away.

Thanks to our creation care team and support from the Federation, 33 members of the congregation who participated in the “Sacred Grounds: Growing Joy” program, took home native plants (Cardinal Flower, Butterfly Milkweed or Golden Ragwort) and several individuals donated their plants to NC4. These were planted in the front circle garden, to the right of the front door of the church, or into the Rainscape garden to the left of our rear parking lot entrance. Watch for their bloom!
