IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE JINGLE BELL BAZAAR - Saturday, Nov. 14 at Gateway Conference Center:
The COVID guidelines have forced Gateway to make some changes, which in turn affect all of us.
#1) Masks.
The Gateway director has alerted us that face masks are now a requirement for all vendors, customers, staff, etc. Anyone entering the building must wear a mask.
Due to Governor McMaster's mandate, as well as the order by Chester County Council, all individuals entering a County Facility must wear a mask upon entry and may remove the mask only upon exit. (Gateway Conference Center is a county government building.)
#2) Entry / Exit
Due to COVID guidelines, Gateway and the Chester County attorney have asked that we provide only one entrance into the building, and one separate exit.
Entry will be at the main covered entrance at the center of the building.
Exit will be from the Ballroom (left side of building).
Arts Council staff will be counting the number of people coming in and out to comply with the rules.
#3) Extended Show Hours
We have extended the event by 2 hours in order to help reduce the number of shoppers entering the building at one time. The event is from 10 am until 5 pm.

DIRECTIONS TO GATEWAY CONFERENCE CENTER
3200 Commerce Dr, Richburg SC 29729.
This huge building fronts I-77. *IMPORTANT: You must turn into the BP gas station and take an immediate left to follow the frontage road. If you do not turn into the BP entrance, you may end up on the interstate and cannot exit for several miles.
From Rock Hill, take I-77 south to exit 65. Turn left at the traffic light onto Hwy 9. Continue straight through the traffic light and take the next left, into the BP gas station. Take immediate left to follow the frontage road down to Gateway. You'll see lots of flags along your route on this frontage rd; our event begins near the middle of the conference center.
From Spartanburg, after getting to Jonesville, take Hwy 9 east towards downtown Chester. You will pass a Dollar General on your right as you near downtown. Continue straight until next traffic light. Turn right at the light, onto JA Cochran Bypass. Continue straight approx 3.8 miles (passing Bi-Lo, McDonalds, and Waffle House). Turn right at CVS, onto Hwy 9. Continue straight approx 9.9 miles and turn left into the BP gas station. Take immediate left to follow the frontage road down to Gateway. You'll see lots of flags along your route on this frontage rd; our event begins near the middle of the conference center.
From Columbia, take I-77 North to exit 65 (Richburg). Turn right onto Hwy 9. Take the next left, into the BP Gas Station. Take immediate left to follow the frontage road down to Gateway.
