Hi all! I first wanted to come on here and introduce myself for those that don’t know me! My name is Katie Hunter, I am the owner of Riverly Rae Jewelry LLC. Fun fact, I came up with this name because we live off the Elk River in Cecil County, MD and my daughter’s name is Raegan, my side kick in the pictures with me. It’s personal and special to me, and I’ll forever cherish that. I know she will too.🤍

This takes me to my next point of why I haven’t been too active on social media for the past year almost. Now that I am at peace with the big changes that have occurred in our lives and can finally say I have started my healing and moving on journey, I am now a single mama! The past year has been a struggle for both Rae and I, in so many ways. So, I not only lacked in a lot of areas in my personal life and work, but my business was pretty non-existent to me because I didn’t care.

Fast forward to today and I am thriving in life. I couldn’t be more proud of the strong amazing person I have grown to become. The one person that truly guided me here, is Rae. She will never know It because I have never let my struggles affect her, but she has pushed me on my darkest of days to get me where I am today. She is the light of my life!

For those that don’t know our back story. My mom and I started this business April 1, 2023! I knew this day would come eventually but my mom has completely handed this off to me to do with Raegan. She was my biggest cheerleader, and supporter in helping me get this to where It is today. She never gave up on me and my dreams of building this. With LOTS of ups and downs we’ve learned so much, but building something from the ground up has so much meaning to It for me. With coming up to our 2 year mark in a few months, my goal is to really get back out there and do what I love to do and collaborate more with other small local businesses, host more jewelry parties, and do more things with permanent shops, etc! There is so much I want to accomplish this year, and I will because I now have the motivation to do and be better.

I just want to thank everyone that has supported us over the past couple of years, It truly means so much to me. 🤍
