I am the sole individual behind all of what you see & receive here at Polly's Pearls. I take a tremendous amount of time to bring high quality products to you at an affordable price. While we do keep some stock here in the shop, most of our items are ordered from the manufacturer as soon as you place your order. We do this to offer prices as low as possible, but these items do have to clear custom

s so shipping can be expected to take 14-21 days. These items are noted on our website that they do take additional time to ship. I understand that we are all used to instant 2-3 day shipping, but I pride myself on keeping prices as low as possible while offering a wide variety of items.
