Every item in Sparkle Origami is handmade using traditional origami papers such as Yuzen Chiyogami Washi or normal chiyogami washi. These types of paper provide different patterns of traditional Japanese kimono prints which can enhance the esthetic of the jewelry. I also have normal solid color for people who do not like the Japanese style paper. I make stars, fans, hearts, cranes, lotus, balloons
, butterflies, leaves, fishes, and I am learning to make more. After making the origami, I treat them with a resin to provide durability and make my origami water resistant. My inspiration comes from the fact that I love making origami. I normally use them for decoration and found a book in the art of making origami jewelry. With a bit of time, I ventured in the world of jewelry making using origami. I like to come up with new ideas and implement them in my arts, so every piece of my work is original.
