Valentina Fetisova’s journey from ballerina to nail artist to gemstone painter is as extraordinary as her work! What ties it all together? An eye for detail and a love for visual storytelling. She paints on glowing labradorites, using their natural shimmer to bring sci-fi scenes, animals and portraits to life.

Her proprietary technique involves layering paint on unvarnished stones and drying each layer in the oven. As you tilt the gem, panthers prowl, fish shimmer, and snakes slither to life. Her clients include royal families and top jewelers—but she’s not spilling who. 👑🎨✨
