Our children & future generations, the animals, plants & ecosystems depend on our healing gifts, power & kindness, ingenuity & creativity to be expressed in ALL the ways

My part is to support & be of service to other humans

Service means sharing my journey into self-love & the capacity to love & be loved, understanding of my own shadow & wounds, reclaiming my sexuality & the deep desire to be happy & fulfilled

This has led me to a loving partnership I never thought was possible, a deeper connection to myself, a new home & work that fulfills me body & soul

I am here to offer my gifts in service to other human beings - to women & men who are ready to go deeper & reclaim their wholeness too

There is no final goal to being of service

Because there is nothing to FIX- for me healing is more like recognition & integration of the Deep Truth of Being Human - which is Love

To be IN Love, to soften old fears & blocks, to realize dreams & desires, to feel the whole spectrum of high & low of being human - these continue to unfold until our last breath

In my 40’s I realized my greatest gift was sharing the healing tools I learned to reclaim & transform my life

Being in pain, depression & self-hatred led me to this purpose

The Full Blue Moon of Halloween is lighting the world 🌖🌕🌔and we are checking in with mind-body-spirit-work-relationship as we draw closer to the dark and cold in the Northern Hemisphere.

Honoring the challenges we have faced this strange year, celebrating the courage to love and keep bringing our gifts forward, and releasing anything old and ready to be released, composted or simply burned and cleaned out.

The words of really resonated:

I don't know about you all, but this last month has been a challenge!

Not only has Mercury been Retrograde, but we have had fires and early snows, the dreaded C word wreaking havoc, the whole mess in our politics and now Halloween has basically been cancelled 🎃😱

The good news is this Full Moon is an opportunity to shed what is no longer working and refresh for the next go-around and the holidays coming up.

So buckle up your witch boots and grab your Wonder Woman lasso and let’s do this! 🧙🏼‍♀️💃🏻

From one season to the next! Yesterday, the warmth of late Fall sun rays reached between the golden aspen trees, and today the golden world is coated in white snow.

Hi loves! New Moon today...It is time to create your Moon vision for the next cycle🌏🌘🌑🌒🌙

This is especially powerful as the new moon of Oct 16 energizes spiritual warriors and all those who seek clarity, courage, and freedom from fear.

This new moon expands the healing power of the Goddess. 9 waxing moon nights to follow will be celebrated as Navaratri, when the fierce and nurturing power of the divine feminine expands!

1) write what you would like to experience this month in all areas-be specific and use positive supportive language.

"This or something better is now manifesting in all areas of my life, for the highest good of all"

Make two copies. One you will "plant" in the earth- choose a spot in nature you can return to (or if in city, perhaps into a potted plant) the other copy paste in your journal- or where you can see it thru month.

You can also record yourself reading this list, and listen to it over the next month to ground your intentions.

2) write down all the things you wish to "release" this month...in all the same areas of mind/body/spirit/life- keep it specific but don't get into negative emotion descriptions.

BURN this list in your sink! As the flames consume the list imagine them lifting into air out of your body & life and being a dispersed into white light of the new moon.
