Ensure all entrances are secure
Inspect outside mechanical equipment
Inspect outside plumbing
Check for mail and free circulars
Check for missing shingles and siding
Ensure sprinkler system has been winterized
Check all windos and doors
Look for signs of suspicious activity
Check heat setting
Check refrigerator for opertation and leaks
Check under all sinks for small leaks
Check timers are correctly set
Check for mold or mildew
Check for signs of possible nesting animals
Check to see if gutters are free of debris
Check all outside furniture is secure
Check pool and hot tub covers
