Gunny isn't the next grand champion show steer. He isn't the biggest cow on the property in horn size, weight, or height. He likely will never be. What Gunny lacks in those areas he more than makes up for with his disposition. If you have met me, then you have likely heard me talk about this guy. It's not until you meet him in person that you truly understand why. Gunny is the wheels on the bus. The motor to a car. The latch on trailer door. He's dependable. He's sturdy. He is what keeps things moving forward. We love you, Gunny! More than you will ever know.

Glitter is an APHA world champion, 2018 NBHA top five mare, that's taking the show world back by storm as a dependable show partner with mt seven year old daughter.

There must be something in the water this year! So far we are three for three on fillies with only one more foal left this season, and all three of them are very minimalistic on white except for a tiny bit of white in the back feet and a star in their heads.

I'm not complaining, because would you look at these girls! Absolutely stunning all of them!

If you ever have a mare that's giving you all the signs she will hold onto the baby for another day or so, then.....don't believe her! Good grief Topaz has been one of my trickiest mares. I knew I was going on foal watch this weekend, but I thought for sure last night wasn't going to be the night. I guess she proved me right to a degree cause she had this perfect little bay filly no more than an hour or so before I came outside for morning chores.

Pearl is feeling a little big for her britches being home after so many weeks away. We are absolutely in love with her little filly, and she is being the most doting dam you could ask for.

Our family is torn on what to name her little girl. Final two choices are..... Opal OR Mozanite aka "Mozie".

This feeling is so surreal. Pearl and her sweet filly are home. Pearl still doesn't have the clear to be on full turnout, but she's home and she's walking very soundly. She's a little protective of her filly around other horses so she is also separated in the meantime from others so as to not stress anyone out.
