Here’s some of the Kona Dolomite I’ve been cutting and working on that I collected in the Upper Peninsula. This is some beautiful stone to work with. It looks great as a simple stone pendant and even better set in Silver.

This stone was collected up by Marquette, Michigan. It’s made up of fossilized algae that dates back around
2 billion years ago.

I have around 600 pounds to work with, that should keep me busy this winter ⛏️
